Alongside World AI Week
World Exec Summit runs four roundtables during World AI Week, one on each day from Monday to Thursday. Each table seats twelve people including the moderator, which is small enough that everyone speaks and nobody presents.
Two of the tables are cross-industry, bringing leaders from different sectors together on a shared question. Two go deep on a single industry. The week closes on the Thursday evening, when The WES AI Excellence Awards are conferred for the first time.
Seats are assigned on seniority and relevance to the topic. You are booking a specific day and a specific conversation.

Cross-Industry Dialogue
Who approves the use of AI within an organisation, what boards ask before granting that approval, and where responsibility sits when a system produces a poor outcome. Open to leaders from every sector.
Tuesday 6 October
Industry Deep-Dive
Adoption across banking, insurance and capital markets. Covers supervisory expectations under European regulation, what is working in practice today, and the constraints leaders are working within.
Wednesday 7 October
Cross-Industry Dialogue
How roles, team structure and management practice change as more work is carried out by automated systems. Covers hiring, retraining, and the practical limits of automation.
Thursday 8 October
Industry Deep-Dive
The power and physical infrastructure required to run AI at scale. Covers electricity supply, siting decisions, grid capacity, and the investment needed to meet rising demand.
The First Ceremony

Awards Ceremony & Reception
The first conferral of The WES AI Excellence Awards, on the closing evening of the week. The ceremony sits inside a reception rather than a hall — recognition among the peers who spent the week at the tables, then the room stays open.
